My Friends call me the caramel lady, and I hope you will too.There’s caramel, and then there’s C-A-R-A-M-E-L…..you know, the kind that literally melts in your mouth, the kind where you say “I’ll have just one more” to no one in particular, and then you hide the wrappers in different waste baskets to hide the evidence (again, from no one in particular) that you just polished off an entire pound of caramel, by yourself, in one day. It’s ok, really, I can whip up another hand-stirred batch, support your habit, and no one ever has to know.

We live in such a fast-paced world, and I’ll be honest, making caramel is anything but a fast-paced process. Which is why I like it to make it. Each batch of caramel is made by hand from a secret recipe (you probably already figured that out). Stirred for at least one hour by hand, and then hand cut and wrapped. Simple, Sweet, Satisfying.

There’s two ways to get the caramels, give me a call and simply say “Gimmie the caramel” (clear-wrapped individual pieces of caramel in a cellophane bag). Or give me a call and tell me you need something a bit fancier, say for a Birthday, or Holiday Gifts, or maybe a Wedding Favor. Custom orders and flavoring as well as wrapping and hand-tied gift bows, are also available. NO order is to small, NO order is too big.
